1. Bonus Types: What you can get.

CASONGO provides the following bonus offers: 

1.1 Casino Bonus Money. Casino bonus money (including winnings from slot and instant free spins, and cashbacks) is your bonus balance that can be used on specific casino games.

1.2 Free spins. Free Spins are free rounds in a specific game. You do not spend your real or bonus balance while using them.

Free Spins are given in “packs” (for example, 25 Free Spins in Sweet Bonanza) and sometimes need to be activated (claimed) in your Rewards before they appear in the game.

After you play the full “pack” of Free Spins, all the winnings you received will appear in your Rewards as Casino Bonus Money.

1.3 Combined Bonus. Combination of bonus offers described above (e.g. Bonus Money + Free Spins)

1.4 Real Money Bonus. Real Money Bonus is the amount the Casino grants for meeting specific requirements (for example, making a deposit). 

Real Money Bonus is credited to your real money balance directly and can be used for real money bets.

Please note that all Bonus offers (excluding Real Money) are subject to Wagering requirements (see clause 4.1).

2. Bonus Mechanics: How you can get it

The following types describe the conditions of bonus accrual:

2.1 Deposit Offer: You have to deposit a certain amount to receive it. Deposit offer can include: Casino Bonus Money offer, Real Money Bonus offer, Free Spins, and/or Combined Bonus offer.  

2.2 Bet-and-Get Offer: You have to place a certain amount / certain number of bets to receive it. Bet-and-Get offer can include: Casino Bonus Money offer, Real Money Bonus offer, Free Spins, and/or Combined Bonus offer.  

2.3 Cashback: You receive Bonus Money as a partial return of your net losses in specific games. Net losses equal your total losses minus your total wins in a specific game/games within a specific promo period.

For example:

You have played 1,000 BDT on a slot game. You won 400 BDT and lost 700 BDT. The net loss will be 300 BDT. This amount will be multiplied by a specific percentage mentioned in the Cashback T&C. If it is 10% Cashback, the bonus money amount you receive will be 30 BDT.

2.4 No Deposit Offer: You do not need to meet any requirements; it’s a gift, enjoy. No Deposit Casino Bonus offer can include: Casino Bonus Money offer, Free Spins, and/or Combined Bonus offer.  

3. How to activate and claim your Bonus

Your available bonus offers can be found in Promotions.

Your awarded bonuses can be found in Rewards (in your Profile).

3.1 How to activate the deposit casino bonus?

• Go to the Promotions
• Select the bonus you like and click the button on the promo card
• Make a deposit according to the bonus T&C
• Claim your bonus in Rewards (in some cases, the bonus can be activated automatically in the game; please read the bonus terms)
• Congratulations, the bonus is yours!

3.2 How to activate the bet-and-get casino bonus?

• Go to the Promotions
• Select the bonus you like and click the button on the promo card
• Place an eligible amount and/or an eligible number of bets on an eligible game/games according to the bonus T&C
• Claim your bonus in Rewards (in some cases, the bonus can be activated automatically in the game; please read the bonus terms)
• Congratulations, the bonus is yours!

3.3 How to get casino cashback?

• Place an eligible amount on a specific game/games within a specific promo period (day, week, or month) according to the cashback T&C
• After the specific promo period is over, you will receive Bonus Money as a partial return of your net losses in specific games.
• Claim your bonus in Rewards (in some cases, the bonus can be activated automatically in the game; please read the bonus terms)
• Congratulations, the cashback bonus money is yours!

3.4 How to activate a no-deposit casino bonus?

• Go to the Promotions (if required, you will be redirected from communication)
• Select the bonus you like and click the button on the promo card (if required)
• Go to the Rewards (if required, you will be redirected from the promo card or communications. In some cases, you have your bonus already activated, and you will be redirected from Promotions to the eligible game/ games section.)
• Claim your bonus in Rewards (if required).
• Congratulations, the bonus is yours!

4. General Bonus Terms

4.1 Wagering Requirements

The Wagering Requirements depend on the specific bonus rules (read the Promo Card before accepting the offer).

4.1.1 If you want to convert bonus money into real money and withdraw it, you need to place a certain amount of bets on eligible games. 

4.1.2 All eligible games contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement. This means every bet placed on eligible games counts fully (1:1) toward completing the wagering requirements. If the contribution changes, it will always be specified on the promo/reward card.

4.1.3 For Deposit Bonuses, the required bet amount equals the deposit amount plus the bonus amount multiplied by the wager (it will always be specified in the promo card/reward card).

For Deposit Free Spins, wagering is applied to the total amount credited to your bonus balance from free spins. These winnings are treated as both bonus funds and a deposit on the bonus balance, so the wagering is calculated based on the full amount.

4.1.4 For No-Deposit Bonuses, the required bet amount equals the bonus amount multiplied by the wager (it will always be specified in the promo card/reward card).

For example, you have a 1,000 BDT bonus with a wager of x5. To make it real money, you have to place 5,000 BDT of bets.

4.1.5 The eligible games for wagering Bonus Money mentioned in the bonus terms (in promo card/reward card) and may include selected slots, live, and/or instant games 

The games listed by the link have 0 contribution towards wagering requirements.

4.1.6 For bonus wagering requirements, real money is wagered first, then bonus money. 

4.1.7 All bets placed with bonus money will have winnings on the bonus money balance until the wagering requirements are met.

4.1.8 While wagering an active bonus on Instant Games, the player should make an in-game cash out (whether manually or using the Auto-Cashout feature) at a multiplier of x1.5 or higher. Otherwise, it shall be considered fraudulent behavior. In such a case, CASONGO reserves the right to void (confiscate) any or all of the player's bonus amounts.

4.1.9 The maximum bet while wagering Bonus is limited to 1,000 BDT.

4.2 Max Win

Potential winnings from bonus money (including free spins results and cashback) can be limited (capped). 

All winnings above the limit will be voided. 

Maximum winnings from Bonus funds depend on the specific bonus rules (read the Promo Card before accepting the offer, see Reward Card to check your active bonus).

4.3 Cancel Bonus

You can decline the bonus offer at different stages of its mechanics:

4.3.1 Before completing the bonus accrual requirement (deposit or bet), you can deactivate your bonus card in Promotions. This way, you will opt out of the bonus campaign. 

4.3.2 After completing the bonus accrual requirement (deposit, bet, or no-requirement reward), you can cancel your rewarded bonus card in Rewards (in your Profile) before or after claiming it.

4.3.3 If you cancel a claimed (active) bonus, all winnings received from the bonus money bets will also be canceled.

4.3.4 If somehow you wish to, but are unable to cancel your bonus, please contact the Support.

4.4. Withdrawals

4.4.1 Bonus Money cannot be withdrawn from your account. In order to withdraw money from your Bonus balance, you have to convert Bonus into Real Money by completing the wagering requirements (see clause 4.1).

4.4.2 Please note that you can’t withdraw real money if you have an active bonus. You can cancel your active bonus (see clause 4.3) if you prefer to withdraw the money.

4.4.3 Real Money Bonus can be withdrawn after meeting x1 wagering requirements: you should play with your deposit and real money bonus amount before withdrawal. 

5. Technical issues

5.1 Please note that, due to a short platform technical delay or the user’s browser cache/cookies, the bonus already used may still appear in the profile’s Rewards section, even though it is no longer available for further use. 

5.2 The same sort of issue (as in 5.1) may occur if the reward card is missing from your Rewards section, even though it should appear after you meet the accrual requirements. 

5.3 Both cases (5.1, 5.2) may be solved by clearing the browser cache and reloading the page. In case it doesn’t help, please make sure you have completed the accrual requirements, and if so, contact the Support. 

6. Bonus Fairness Rules and Fraud Prevention

6.1 Only one bonus offer (such as Free Spins, Bonus Money, Real Money, or Combined) can be accrued for each eligible action (e.g., a deposit or a specific bet amount). Attempts to obtain multiple offers for a single action will be considered fraudulent.

6.2 Casongo reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and any promotion terms at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

6.3 Casongo reserves the right to exclude players from any promotion, confiscate funds, and/or cancel free bets in the event of abuse of the offer.

6.4 Penalties for abuse may result in the permanent closure of the player's account on Casongo.
